The Arlington women’s boutique is relocating from its former space on 23rd Street in Crystal City, but continues to find its sweet spot with seasonal on-trend fashions priced under $100. “We’re going to be doing lots of cozy-chic pieces for fall with a focus on prints—stripes, plaids, animal prints and more,” says owner Katherine Glorioso Dress.
