You’ll find a cozy fireplace in the cocktail lounge of this handsome restaurant inside the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City. A special Turkey Day dinner starts out with pumpkin soup or spinach salad, followed by mains like brined and roasted turkey breast, pan-seared grouper, porter-braised short ribs or pepper-crusted beef tenderloin. Side dishes such as heirloom carrots, white and green asparagus, mushroom ragout and sweet potato puree come with each entree. For dessert, there’s an almond-cinnamon-date tart or pumpkin cake with chocolate mousse. The cost is $79 for adults and $29 for children ages 4 to 12.
