Ambar’s subterranean sister restaurant will offer an unlimited brunch menu (9:30 a.m.- 3 p.m., $29 per person; 14 for kids 7-12) with an array of fresh baked pastries, burek, soups, salads, spreads, meats, fish, sandwiches and more, plus made-to-order options such as omelets, sliders, smoked salmon crepes and Baba’s Perfect Bowl (oatmeal with caramelized banana, almonds, pineapple, peanut butter and raspberry syrup). The bar will offer 25-cent session cocktails. Try the Time to Spare (espresso-infusion, coconut milk, cinnamon and orange essence) or Celery Drink (gin, lime juice, celery, cucumber and jalapeño).
