CRUNCH Fitness is offering a free weekly fitness class in Tysons (1961 Chain Bridge Road) on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. that uses a combination of ropes and whole-body strength training; all you need to bring is motivation and plenty of water. In the Mosaic District, Spark Yoga offers complimentary outdoor Yoga in the Park for all skill levels on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Sundays from 9-10 a.m.
