St. Andrew’s Annual Art Exhibition

This popular annual art exhibit featured the work of 56 members of the Potomac Valley Watercolorists, a regional, juried art society.

A local favorite, well over 300 area art enthusiasts enjoyed browsing through the more than 200 pieces of original fine art at this year’s St. Andrew’s Fall Art Exhibition and Sale presented by the Potomac Valley Watercolorists. The result was nearly $10,000 in sales and a chance to see some of the area’s best water media artists, including Gwen C. Bragg, Debra Halprin, Chica Brunsvold, Peter Ulrich, and Lassie L. Corbett.

In addition to the artwork, the organization presented its newly published 40th Anniversary Book to the public for the first time, for sale in limited quantities.  Guests also enjoyed refreshments, original greeting card sales, and an awards ceremony with awards judge, Deborah Ellis.

The awards sponsors for this year’s show were Frame Masters, Plaza Art in Fairfax, and M.Graham Paints.
