Preparing for the winter holidays is almost like a part-time job: figure out if you’re hosting or traveling, make a list of all the gifts you’ve got to buy, stay on top of work deadlines so you can rest easy over the break. It’s a lot—and we haven’t even got to who’s making all the food. If the thought of spending hours in the kitchen has you cringing, don’t despair; there are scores of restaurants in the area offering sensational dine-in and takeout spreads for your holiday (as well as sweet shops offering seasonal treats).
