Registration Open for Arlington Turkey Trot

Run for good causes and offset those Thanksgiving calories. The 17th annual 5K fundraiser is Nov. 24.

It’s a gobbly-good time that’s become an annual tradition in Arlington.

Before you indulge in turkey, stuffing and pie, pull on your sneakers and run or walk a 5K on Nov. 24 to benefit local charities and community organizations. Now in its 17th year, the Arlington Turkey Trot draws more than 4,000 participants each Thanksgiving morning with the shared goal of helping neighbors in need.

This year’s theme, “Community Partners United in Service to Others,” celebrates this tradition of giving and thankfulness by raising funds for 18 local nonprofits, including the Arlington Food Assistance Center, Arlington Thrive, Bridges to Independence, OAR, PathForward and many others.
