Suzie and Bill Buck were presented with the Phoenix Rising Award which honors those whose heartfelt contributions are in service to the health and welfare of others. Kevin Reynolds, President, accepted the Civic Leadership Award on behalf of Cardinal Bank. This award recognizes extraordinary contributions to strengthen our local communities.
