Munich is home to the world’s largest beer festival—it started 210 years ago with a marriage ceremony that ended up on repeat—but you don’t have to hop on a plane to Germany to join in the fun. This season finds plenty of places to partake in this favorite fall tradition close to home. And some of the events are serving up brews for a good cause.
