Polish dumplings are the stars of the menu at chef Ed Hardy’s pierogi operation inside Ballston Quarter Market. The menu includes “Old-World Traditional” variations such as beef brisket, mushroom-herb and “loaded baked potato” (stuffed with potatoes, sharp cheddar, chives and bacon), as well as experimental renditions such as Maryland Crab Rangoon, or smoked whitefish with black pepper and green apple. This Pike newcomer specializes in Szechuan hot pot (tables are equipped with electric cooktops), as well as skewered meats and a few Cajun seafood dishes.
