Assembly

Helmed by executive chefs Brian Huston and Cameron Cousin, DMK Restaurants’ 29,000 square-foot food hall above the Rosslyn Metro officially opens this week with a smorgasbord of dining concepts, from a full service oyster bar serving fresh seafood and cocktails to Asian street food, plus a gourmet market offering prepared foods, snacks and provisions for takeaway.
