Taco Rock
Tacos in this rock-and-roll themed eatery by Mike Cordero (whose other haunts include Don Tito, Bronson Bier Hall and G.O.A.T.) are served in house-made blue-corn tortillas, with options ranging from classic al pastor to fusion riffs such as skirt steak with soy, ginger, sesame seeds, Asian slaw and pickled hot peppers. The menu also includes a few meatless options, elote street corn, churros, and over-the-top Micheladas.
