Visit this Parisian-style brasserie in the Mosaic District for classic omelets, escargots, paté, mussels, duck confit, steak frites and boudin blanc, courtesy of chef Brendan L’Etoile. This is the first Virginia venture (more are forthcoming) for restaurateurs Eric and Ian Hilton, whose other properties include El Rey, Brixton, Marvin and Chez Billy Sud, among others, in D.C.
