Yume Sushi
East Falls Church has a new sushi restaurant with a sizable menu of creative signature rolls. It’s also a destination for omakase, a 2-hour dinner featuring a chef’s tasting menu by head chef Saran Kannasute (reservations required). There’s also a sake bar with craft cocktails.
