The Simple Greek has opened its first-ever location at the Colonial Village Shopping Center up Wilson Blvd. Hungry guests can customize their own pitas, salads and bowls, selecting from an array fresh meats, veggies and sauces of the Greek variety (duh). Read as: the the Tzatziki sauce is flowing.
