This hot spot is arguably the most coveted point on the Orange Line, as evidenced by the premium pricing on nearby homes, and the steady sound of new construction and remodeling projects in contiguous neighborhoods like Lyon Village and Lyon Park. Day or night, Clarendon’s streets are alive, thanks to its high concentration of bars and restaurants (many with sidewalk or rooftop seating) plus boutiques and the high-end shops at Market Common.  The neighborhood’s central geographic location makes it a cultural nucleus for events ranging from street fairs to holiday observances.  Just don’t try and park there. Take Metro instead.
