With blue skies above, 40 tennis players took to the beautiful, newly renovated courts at the Washington Golf & Country Club on Monday, September 23rd for the 2013 Long & Foster Tennis Tournament to benefit the Arlington Community Foundation.
With strong support from the players, sponsors and community donors, the tennis tournament was a smashing success, raising over $20,000 to benefit the Foundation’s grant and scholarship programs.
“We are grateful to Suzanne Simon and her team at the Long & Foster Arlington Office for their very generous support,” said Julian Fore, president of the Arlington Community Foundation. “It was an honor and a pleasure to partner with the company on behalf of programs that make such a great impact on Arlington and its citizens.
