Q: What areas have you represented clients with complex tax issues?
A: I represent individual and business clients with sensitive and serious tax matters before the IRS and state authorities. Areas include FBAR exams, offshore and domestic disclosures, FATCA, FIRPTA, tax planning, unfiled tax returns, tax liens and levies, employment taxes, trust fund recovery penalty, audit exams as well as appeals, penalty abatement, and US Tax Court litigation along with defense of tax fraud and tax evasion.
