The chả giò tôm cu are stuffed with shrimp, crab and pork or vegetables, while the chả giò rế feature marinated prawns and pork in a hand-rolled rice-thread wrapper. They reheat easily, but order in advance to make sure staff can ready a tray with plenty of fish sauce for dipping.
