Falls Church Distillers
The distillery team has rolled out a line of cocktails made with its own spirits and served in reusable plastic pouches, for grab-and-go orders, Thursday through Sunday. Head bartender Christy Moore’s lineup includes three mixed drinks, such as “The Sanitizer”—a vodka and lemonade mix that’s an homage to the distillery’s now-popular housemade Aim High hand sanitizer. That product, by the way, is available for delivery and offered by priority to first responders, grocery store staff, health care providers and other front-line folks. The distillery is on track to release another 7,000 gallons of hand sanitizer in the first two weeks of May. //442 S. Washington St., Falls Church

In addition, Barrel and Bushel is offering several pantry items—from Advil to Altoids—alongside its all-day menu, which includes belly fillers like hot fried chicken and French toast-Frito pie. //7901 Tysons One Place, Tysons
