The local sandwich shop’s “February Fab Four” specials ($9.99 each) include a shrimp po’ boy on grilled ciabatta with Cajun remoulade, lettuce and tomato; “Thanksgiving on the Bayou,” featuring roasted turkey, andouille sausage stuffing and homemade gravy on a grilled brioche roll; the “Fish and Fig,” which combines grilled salmon, bacon-fig glaze and green apples on grilled ciabatta; and “Philly in the French Quarter” —a Philly-style cheesesteak with Cajun seasoning.
