Fridays at the Fountain

National Landing’s new addition, Water Park, makes use of its outdoor space this summer with its inaugural concert series. Enjoy tunes ranging from salsa (performed by Max Rosado and the 7th Street Band on July 12) to Latin funk (thanks to Bongo District on Aug. 2) and go-go, brought to you Aug. 23 by Mambo Sauce. Summer Sunday Concerts in the Park
Sundays, 4 p.m., through July 28
The Alden at the McLean Community Center usually hosts its summer concert series at McLean Central Park, but it’s under renovation so plan to roll out the picnic blanket at Lewinsville Park this year. Performers will take to the stage on the porch of the historic house in the park. Before the shows end this month, catch saxophonist Lil’ Maceo (July 14), rock/pop singer Billy Coulter (July 21) and urban folk rocker Justin Trawick (July 28). // 1659 Chain Bridge Road, McLean
Tysons Corner Summer Concert Series
4-6:30 p.m. and 7-6 p.m., July 20
Take to the plaza at this shopping and dining center to dance and sing along with your favorite tunes while enjoying takeout and cocktails from restaurants such as Earls Kitchen & Bar, Eddie V’s and Seasons 52. Summer Live Music Series at The Boro

Head to the Upper Promenade of this mixed-use development to listen to local artists playing myriad musical genres. Check out David Thong, who has shared the stage with Weezer and performed at Nationals Park (July 18 and Aug. 1) and Pebble to Pearl, a collaboration of musicians who have played with B.B. 2024 Lubber Run Amphitheater Summer Concert Series
Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 11 a.m., through Aug. 2
Bop along to myriad musical genres, including big band, blues, soul and classical orchestra during these weekend shows at a venue that’s been going strong since 1969. Groove along with The Longtimers (July 26), who play what they dub “American Tavern Tunes,” a mix of R&B, cajun, country, and rock & roll, and Groovy Nate (July 28), a children’s entertainer who uses comedy and funk music to get and hold youngsters’ attention. Mosaic Live

Mosaic District is bringing back its free, all-ages concert series this summer. Sprawl out in Strawberry Park to bop along to performers such as Saved by the 90s (July 20), which plays hits from that decade, and Izis de La Enfermera de la Salsa (Aug. 10).
