Iraqi quartet UTN1 will, for the third straight year, headline a night of pop, rock and unlimited Afghan food at this spacious restaurant in Bailey’s Crossroads. Load up on beef kabobs, spicy scallion-filled dumplings and sweet and nutty baklava. Cost: $100 for adults and $50 for children under 7. There will be a cash bar, too.
