Chef Bertrand Chemel will showcase all levels of luxury as part of a unique three-course menu. Think pasta with lobster emulsion, foie gras parfait with duck gelée, and black truffle risotto. The regular a la carte menu won’t be served on New Year’s Eve. Seatings from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Cost: $110 for adults and $25 for kids.
