Chef’s Cup at Punch Bowl Social
Ballston Quarter’s new adult playground has pinball, bowling and darts, and several non-alcoholic drinks to go with its expansive bar menu. The Chef’s Cup is a light and pretty mix of muddled cucumber and fresh lemon, stirred sweet currants, soda water and spicy Cardamom syrup. Try it with some bar snacks, like the green chorizo fries topped with pickled fresno chiles and cilantro, or a “sheetload of nachos” with adobo-marinated squash, poblano peppers, tomatoes and beans.
