Greg Hamilton

President, Publisher and Co-Founder

Greg founded Arlington Magazine in 2011. Before that, Greg was the chief marketing officer for Congressional Quarterly and held senior management roles at National Journal Group and SmartBrief. Greg earned his MBA from Georgetown University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond. He is active in the community and serves or has served on the boards of PathForward (formerly A-SPAN), YMCA Arlington, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the Arlington Community Foundation and the Leadership Center of Arlington. Greg and his wife Maureen have three daughters and live in Arlington’s Tara-Leeway Heights neighborhood.

Jenny Sullivan

Editor

Jenny has been the editor of Arlington Magazine since its launch in 2011. A graduate of Kenyon College, she has written extensively about architecture, design, culture, food and other topics for various print and digital media outlets. Prior to joining Arlington Magazine, she was the senior architecture and design editor for Builder magazine, where she won a prestigious Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Award and served as a judge for national architecture and design competitions. Jenny played college soccer and in the Arlington Women’s Soccer League for 20 years. She now lives in Annandale with her husband and son.

Helen Partridge

Digital Editor

Prior to becoming a digital editor at Arlington Magazine, Helen was a a freelance writer and producer. She is a New Jersey native and a graduate of Clark University and Columbia University Graduate School of journalism. Helen is a mother of three and has lived in Arlington since 2011.

Stephanie Kanowitz

Digital Editor

Stephanie is a digital editor at Arlington Magazine after contributing to the publication for several years. She has journalism degrees from the University of Florida and American University and is a certified group cycling instructor. She lives next door to Arlington in Fairfax County.

Laura Goode

Art Director

Laura has been with Arlington Magazine since its first issue in 2011. She has over 20 years of experience as a designer and art director for magazines such as Northern Virginia Magazine and Bethesda Magazine. she's a graduate of the Hussman School of Journalism and Media at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Daniel Ryan

Production Manager

Daniel joined Arlington Magazine in 2021. He has more than two decades of experience in magazine publishing and bring invaluable expertise and a steady hand to our print and digital ad trafficking operations. Dan is a graduate of Marist College. He is married and has one daughter.

Erin Roby

Web Producer

Erin Roby joined Arlington Magazine in 2019. She has over 12 years of experience as a web producer at Bethesda Magazine and WUSA9. Erin attended Marshall University before graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She’s married and has one daughter.

Julie Rosenbaum

Finance and Circulation

Julie joined Arlington Magazine in 2021. She manages accounting and plays important operational roles helping serving our subscribers. A graduate of the University of Dayton in Accountancy, Julie previously worked in the municipal bond and non-profit sectors. She lives in Arlington with her family.

Traci Ball

Advertising Account Executive

Traci joined Arlington Magazine shortly after the company launched and brings more than 20 years of consultative marketing, brand and media expertise. She graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia. You can often find her on the sidelines of her kids’ sporting events. Traci and her family live in McLean, Virginia

Kristen Murphy

Advertising Account Executive

Kristin joined Arlington Magazine in 2020. She is a Penn State graduate and has worked with many well-known companies including AOL, Wolf Trap, National Geographic and Kraft Foods. Kristin and her husband are empty nesting in Arlington with their two cats and occasional visits from their college-aged twins.

Lori Reale

Advertising Account Executive

Lori joined Arlington Magazine in 2022 and is an experienced marketing professional. With 25 years of media experience, she loves helping companies build their brands and grow. She is a graduate of James Madison University (Go Dukes). Lori lives in Arlington with her husband, two busy kids and beloved dog Rosey.
