Buy Lemonade, Help At-Risk Youth in Arlington

Bridges to Independence will host stands staffed by local kids through the end of July.

Through July 28, Arlington residents can get their lemonade fix while helping homeless youth and families.

Bridges to Independence, a local nonprofit that teaches at-risk youth life skills like financial literacy, will set up kid-run lemonade stands around Arlington all month, with profits from the beverages benefiting a charity chosen by the children involved — Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. Funding will also help support a summer field trip for the kids.
