Leadership Center for Excellence hosted its annual Black & White Ball, formerly Monte Carlo Night, on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia. More than 200 community members attended the gala. The proceeds from the evening’s auction benefit the Leadership Arlington Youth Program as well as the mission of Leadership Center for Excellence.
