The new island contains a built-in dishwasher and microwave, as well as a 42-inch farm sink with two triple-elbow faucets. It forms a “work triangle” in relation to the range and refrigerator.
The 4-burner gas range includes a 24-inch griddle. Flat-profile cabinets on either side of the vent hood have automated doors that open and retract when touched.

In the elbow of the island, two blue acrylic dining stools with chrome bases complement the glass pendant lights overhead. Concealed LED lights under the base cabinets provide additional lighting—a particularly nice feature after sunset.
