In-home Care
The following providers offer services to allow seniors to remain safely in their own homes for as long as possible, or to return home after a hospitalization. Services may include some combination of skilled nursing; memory care; companion care; respite care (for family caregivers who need a break); physical, occupational or speech therapy; home safety assessments and home repairs, as well as assistance with bathing, meals, medication reminders, laundry, housekeeping, grocery shopping, medical appointments, bill paying, records management and more.
