For the tinkerer, designer or aspiring inventor, Crystal City’s TechShop is the mother (or father) of all workshops. Let’s just say it’s a bit more stacked than whatever you’ve got in your garage or basement. The co-op creative space houses more than $1 million worth of advanced machines and fabricating equipment, from drafting tables and metalworking tools to Autodesk design software to 3-D printers.
