3. It’s more taproom than brewpub. The vast majority of the beers here are still made in Manassas before being hooked up to one of the 18 taps. But grab a stool and you can’t help but notice the two scaled-down fermentation tanks behind the bar. Those will be used to make special releases and one-off options poured directly from tank to glass.
