Ranked #153 among the Best National Universities by U.S. News & World Report, Mason has a student body representing more than 130 countries on its main campus in neighboring Fairfax County. According to its website, some 80 percent of its graduates find gainful employment within six months of graduation. Fueled by Amazon’s arrival and an anticipated increase in demand for tech talent, GMU is also expanding its Arlington campus. In-state tuition is $12,564 ($36,024 out-of-state).
