As college application season hits the homestretch, we’re taking a look back at the colleges and universities that received the most applications from Arlington’s Class of 2019. Not surprisingly, in-state schools were the most sought after, although a handful of out-of-state schools also topped Arlington students’ wish lists. The application data, provided by students from H-B Woodlawn Secondary Program, Washington-Liberty High School, Yorktown High School and Wakefield High School, were drawn from our annual College Bound admissions chart, which ran in the Sept./Oct. 2019 issue of Arlington Magazine. Tuition and enrollment data are from U.S. News and World Report‘s annual Best Colleges rankings.
