This locally-owned bar and restaurant’s sampler of American cuisine will include rockfish tacos, pulled pork sliders and fried green tomatoes.
8. Smoke-N-The City
Catering largely to meat lovers, the DC-based barbecue joint will feature a trifecta of smoked ribs, pulled pork and smoked lamb. Plus a shout-out for pescatarians—fried catfish nuggets.
9. Mala Tang
The Sichuan restaurant will be serving its fan-favorite spicy cold noodle dish and spicy wontons. To re-balance your palate before your next bite, try an herbal tea, too.
10. Hot ‘N’ Juicy Crawfish
Don’t bother counting the calories. Indulge in a crawfish po’boy and crispy pork skins, then finish off with a fried brownie.
