Known as NOVA, this community college system is the second-largest in the United States, with xix campuses in Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield and Woodbridge. The Alexandria campus has the second-highest enrollment at the college and recently unveiled a new Center for Design, Media and the Arts.
