Arlington-area newbie Infini-Tea, coming up on its first birthday this September, has an array of Vietnamese-influenced food and drinks on the menu, from multiple kinds of French fries, breads, waffles and other fried and sauteed sides to specialty teas, milk teas and blended slushies and smoothies. During the summer months, dragon fruit guava is a big hit, but the drink that comes out on top year-round is the flan special milk tea, made with homemade caramel and bits of flan.
