The company prides itself on sourcing ethically and sustainably grown beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Kenya, and you’ll find locally made pastries and snacks behind the counter. The minimalist, Scandinavian-style interior will calm you even in your most overwhelmed state, and you can browse the art on the walls (the cafe now showcases a rotating selection of local artists) if you need to give your mind a break. Bonus: they have phone chargers you can borrow if you forget to bring one. Nice touch.
