Our chart-toppers were drawn from a list showing the average sales price and other real estate metrics in more than 300 area neighborhoods in the March/April issue of Arlington Magazine. To be included, a neighborhood had to have had at least 15 total sales during the last five years. MRIS provided the data. This list does not include condos or townhouses.
