Greek Independence Day at New District Brewing

Opa! Sail on over to Shirlington and celebrate Greece’s Independence Day with authentic eats from Our Mom Eugenia and 14 housemade brews on tap. In honor of the occasion, order a pint of New District’s signature 1821, a Belgian-style saison named for the year that Greece won its independence. (The secret recipe includes imported ingredients of the sort that are found near co-owner Mike Katrivanos’ family village in Greece.) Dancers will perform at 2 p.m. Tickets $20 and include beer and food.
