Wreath Laying at Arlington National Cemetery
Where: Arlington National Cemetery (entry through the South Gate and Ord Weitzel Gate)

Remember the fallen, honor those who serve, donate your time and have a teachable moment with your kids about the meaning of sacrifice. Join Wreaths Across America in its annual tradition of laying memorial wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery. Volunteers of all ages are welcome and registration is not required. The event will begin with a brief opening ceremony at the McClellan Arch at 8 a.m. General wreath placement starts at 9 a.m. and continues all day, so come when you can. Travel via Metro is advised. Shuttle buses will be running to and from the Rosslyn and Arlington Cemetery stations.
