With its small-town vibe and walkable town center, Falls Church is a popular choice for homebuyers who want high-performing schools and proximity to Washington, D.C. And plenty of buyers are paying a premium for homes in The Little City and its surrounding areas. The findings below are drawn from a chart showing the average sales price and other real estate metrics in more than 300 area neighborhoods, which first ran in the March/April 2017 issue of Arlington Magazine.
To be included, a neighborhood had to have had at least 15 total sales over a five-year period. The list below excludes apartments and condo buildings. Here are the Top 10.
