Chef, author and former Top Chef star Mike Isabella is set to open a new restaurant, Isabella Eatery, in Tysons Galleria next summer.
Or should we say, restaurants. The venture will include 10 different concepts — nine eateries and a bar — which will occupy more than 40,000 square feet on the third floor of the mall.
The eateries will include new iterations of previous Isabella concepts, including Yona, Pepita, Graffiato and Kapnos, along with a new Spanish concept, Arroz; a cocktail bar dubbed Octagon Bar; Requin Raw Bar; Non-Fiction Coffee; the Retro Creamery ice cream shop and Trim, an upscale Mediterranean concept.
The design is being handled by Streetsense and includes a total renovation of the mall’s food court and third floor.
“This is by far the biggest project we’ve ever taken on,” Isabella said in a news release. “But I think we are uniquely positioned to succeed here.”
Stay tuned for updates as this massive project progresses.
