It costs a lot to live in Northern Virginia, and some neighborhoods are more high-priced than others. We researched which parts of Arlington County commanded top dollar for homes sold in 2016. Our findings are drawn from a chart showing the average sales price and other real estate metrics in more than 300 area neighborhoods in the March/April 2017 issue of Arlington Magazine.
To be included, a neighborhood had to have had at least 15 total sales during the past five years. Â The list excludes condo buildings. Â Here are the Top 10.
